Hi,
I've got 3 parcels coming from Japan and all three of them are saying 11/15/2020 06:20 Dispatch from outward office of exchange according to Japan post. Does anyone know if there are any sort of delays at customs at this point in time? I heard someone say it is taking two weeks to move parcels but my friend got something from Japan which got sent days after mine was sent and he got his last week. They are coming from 3 different sellers.

Customs is and will always be hit and miss.
They don't stop everything, but what they do stop gets enhanced checks which take some time. This means that sometimes stuff gets through quick and other stuff sent the exact same time, and flight, get delayed.
Unfortunately, its always outside RMs control what gets stopped (unless they think it's suspicious)

Thanks for the reply. I just take it that there is more of a longer wait than normal. Hopefully next week they clear customs if not this week.
