Hi guys
Some my think this is not the place to post this but I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction please. I know with this pandemic things are taking longer than usual. I have tried the Royal Mail website, you can’t talk to anyone, you can only fill in a web form that may take up to 10 days to answer......this is not much help when I have two customers asking me where their parcel is an very likely will require a refund. Both these items were sent 2nd class signed for. If someone can help/advise I would very much appreciate it. Thank you

Apparently using Twitter usually elicits a faster response.

Hi, thanks for the replies. I will try the twitter route as Royal Mail help wasn’t actually helpful as the name suggests, well not for my issue anyway! Thanks again guys I appreciate it.

Re: Parcels not delivered
I've recently had a few items sent 1st Class Signed for take 8 days so I'd imagine there would be an even longer delay with 2nd Class signed for. Just in case this helps :)

Re: Parcels not delivered
Thanks for that, perhaps I should be more patient! There were several parcels sent to different people at the same visit to the post office, all the others bar these two have been safety delivered. The two that weren’t don’t appear to be in remote locations, so that is my concern. As I said earlier, I know we all find ourselves in unprecedented times and I definitely don’t understand the procedures of the postal service. So I do hope that it is just a case of workload and unusual circumstances.
Thanks again guys.
