I hope someone can help. I posted some cards on 6.11.20 and paid extra to get them signed for. All except one has been delivered. I checked the receipt for posting and the lady in the post office has put the wrong postcode on the receipt which will also be in the barcode, which is scanned. The postcode on the envelope is for Doncaster DN5 8HJ but the receipt states SW5 8HJ. Called Royal Mail and they advised it’s sitting in the Jubilee MC and will depend on a human seeing it and redirecting it ... is there anything I can do? I tried to call the Jubilee MC but no one picking up as I imagine they are super busy.... can anyone help?

Royal Mail should go by the address on the envelope. It is actually quite a pfaff for them to check what the PO entered into the system, so they wouldn’t normally look.
