Can I use multiple large letter stamps?

Post by atarisleaalk3 »

Hello!

I need to post a couple of things that would be classed as a large letter, but I don't want to visit a post office.

I have some 'large letter' stamps at home, but on the reverse they say up to 100g only. The items I have to post range up to around 600g (but within the dimensions stated on the stamp)

There is no value printed on the stamps.

Can I use multiple of these stamps for items over 100g? Is there anywhere in can work out how many stamps I would need to use to ensure I have the correct amount?

Finally, am I ok just to stick these in the postbox?

Thank you in advance ☺

Yes.

But by sticking them into the post box you won't have proof of posting and it will be difficult to make a claim.

Don't forget to put the return address on the reverse as well.
