Hi I have sent a parcel from NI to RoI, its only a 45 minute journey but due to lockdown there are restrictions on crossing the border.

I sent it on Monday 26th Oct. Normally would take 2 days from past experience. I understand there will delays due to covid 19, but everything has arrived within 5 days max.

Its international tracked, when I track it the only update it has is from the day it was sent

Item received at
Northern Ireland MC

I am worried as it contains prescription medicine for an elderly relative. Royal Mail have just said if it doesn't arrive by the 21st Nov I can put in a claim form, which isn't very helpful.

I would be very grateful for any advice.

it would be easier to advise if you post either the tracking number or all of the actual tracking status word for word.
