Hello, This is the first time I have had this tracking status and was wondering if anyone has past experience of this status and process please. It first said "Customs cleared, Heathrow Airport" then "item received at Atherstone RDC" then now it says "Your item has been presented to customs for assessment. More information will be available when the assessment is complete. It already cleared?
