Hi,
I am sending around 25 parcels a week that with new stock I have should increase to 50 parcels a week and large letters should be around 30 a week so I decided to open a business account and I asked for the account where i pre pay but they told me I had to do credit check and when I failed then do prepay.
I failed as I expected but I wanted to pre pay anyway and I have all the international business parcels that I needed when my account is setup however they told me I cant have royal mail 24 and 48 with a business account that is pre pay.
I am soon I hope going to be sending alot of large letters so the royal mail 24 and 48 was something that I was very interested in and the main reason for opening the business account.
I am not sure if the royal mail sales team is outsourced so I basicly wanted to check if they are being honest or if anyone knows of a different way to get the 24 and 48 services added to my account.
I understand that the credit check failing is my fault but I am happy to top up in advance and just need the royal mail 24 and 48 added to my account if anyone has any advice on this that would be great.
