Parcel doesn't update
Can anyone please help me my international parcel doesn't update. It's been 2 weeks already. I use universal tracking because the parcel not even in Royal Mail system http://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/LP920680355GB" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; , parcel number LP920680355GB . Last update was 08.05 Arrived at the destination airport (Heathrow (LHR), London, United Kingdom), but this is actually not a destination airport, destination airport is in the Netherlands. This is the first time I have the package sent by that company

Parcel doesn't update
I would have expected it to have a Chinese tracking number. Some companies have massive warehouses near Heathrow where they get stuff sent to before forwarding it on into Royal Mail's system. I'm wondering if it's currently stuck in UK customs and that the UK tracking number that it's got was generated earlier

It doesn't track at all in the Royal Mail system and with a GB number that's strange.
It could be a fulfilment site that bulk delivers into the UK then delivers individual items from the UK to complete orders. That's fairly normal. If so it is possible they allocated a tracking number to your order but haven't sent it. In any case, you need to get on to the sender as Royal Mail cant help as it hasn't entered their system yet.
