I am not satisfy with the response I got regarding this item being hold for seven weeks. The tracking number of this item is RU822313475GB. Can someone please enlighten me on what to do regarding this issue? Do I contact Royal Mail to claim the parcel back or the item is already in the destination country ? Please advice... Thanks for the quick response
