Hi. Just a quick one, as I know this probably can't be answered here, and FWIW I have been in contact with both Canada Post and Royal Mail about this.

I ordered a book (which includes a DVD) from a Canadian eBay seller. The item was posted Small Packet - Air, which is a 6-10 working day service that doesn't include tracking, on April 17th.

Fast forward to now, May 15th. I'm still waiting. A few questions inside this question:

- Do customs go through media (as in books, DVDs etc), hence the incredibly long waiting time
- Is it possible there's a customs charge I don't know about (as I haven't received any information cards from RM about this), and if so how would I find out
- The seller sent a photo of the shipping label and it includes a barcode which is for Canada Post internal usage only. When typed into Track & Trace, it brings up a 'this item isn't trackable' message. I know I can't track it, but can RM tell me where it is based off internal tracking?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
