Ordered off The Game Collection but am still yet to receive my package despite being told it would come between 2-3 working days.
I fully appreciate everything that RM are doing during these times, and I'm sure the virus is going to have a big effect on delivery times.
I just want some help as to when you think the delivery day will be, I'll be thankful for any help, closure or direct experiences from people who ordered similar items during this situation.

You should be asking for a refund from the seller. It’s their problem, not yours.

Right at the start of the lockdown (the day after Boris's first speech) I posted a package and it took two weeks to arrive - that was before the big backlog hit the stuff that I am seeing as a postie!
Unfortunately no one can really give you any idea of when it will arrive, there are various delays at different places throughout the system. But if it was posted on 10 May I would allow at least another week before thinking it won't arrive.

I am in the north west as well and I have been waiting over 10 days for 7 items/parcels that I have ordered,all of which where on 48hrs and all tracking information is not working.called the call centre and got told on the 10th of June the sender can claim as they are then marked as lost,I then asked can you check the tracking numbers and yes he can ??? They are in Warrington sorting office,been there for 9 days as they have staffing problems at Huyton sorting office,he advised that daily post will arrive letters ect,I then made him aware we have not received any post from Royal Mail and the only delivery’s I was getting on time was from dpd ect, I think that said it all Royal Mail has been well was in the history books as the pride of Britain WHAT HAS HAPPENED.
I have even got a parcel from hongkong quicker then Royal Mail can deliver from London
