On a recent tracked 48 item I have a "choose a delivery option" button on the web.
I can click on it and confirm my post code but then it says:
"Sorry, we're currently trialling this service in limited areas so no options are available for your parcel at this time."
I can't find any information about this trial but I hope this will offer a safe place option like most other carriers.
It would be better if you could set permanent preferences like dpd. Or even better, a system like USPS Informed Delivery.
