Assuming huge delays in my letter...?

Post by sjhuk »

Hi all - been quite patient, although not getting any help elsewhere. See the audit below. Any ideas where my package is? It's going Registered International going to Singapore. SingPost have confirmed that they do not have the package.

Any help appreciated...

Also - no pressure or disrespect to Royal Mail, or their people during this time.

The Post Office & subsequent follow-up told me that I can expect it to arrive in 5-7 days internationally (!)

There are huge backlogs everywhere and for some reason Singapore <> UK seems to be one of the worst-hit as we have had a few people posting on here.

So I cant tell you where it is or when you will get it, but its either held in customs (UK or sing) or still waiting for an aircraft to load it on to.

The PO have to tell you the delivery time that Royal Mail tell them, even if the PO know it to be wrong. 5-7 days is the normal expected delivery time (i.e. with no Cover-19).
