Nearly 2 months, surely? So you need to put in a claim for loss.
Australia suspended signature on delivery on 12/03. This might mean that they aren’t tracking it either, depending on how they have implemented that change.
If it is stuck, and the tracking works, then it appears to be stuck in customs. This could be because Australian customs are short of staff, or it could be because you have contravened the complicated & strict Australian customs rules. What exactly was inside?

My wife makes fairies and dollhouses.. Can't see this being an issue.
Its a fairly large box.. I will claim immediately.
Where does the undelivered/lost items get returned to?

I can see that being an issue. Lots of things that you would use in making a dolls house could cause problems, starting with the quarantining of all things made of wood, followed by a very long list of other materials that are banned. Go to the following page and click on “ Full Australia prohibitions & restrictions”:
https://www.royalmail.com/sending/inter ... /australia" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Nobody knows where lost items go. Undelivered items will be returned to sender if they have a return address, or go to the National Returns Centre if they don’t. However, this one might be impounded by customs, in which case what happens will come down to Australian laws & procedures.
