Hello there.
I have been trying to pay an invoice for a PO Box renewal by debit card but the contact number (03457)-950-950 keeps cutting off the call part way through the options announcement. This has happened at least a dozen times, so I am guessing there is a fault or the line has been disabled. Is there an alternative number to pay the fee by card?

I don't know one but you could try twitter @royalmailhelp they are busy and make take a day to reply (they close at 5pm) but they have a better chance of helping you.
