My item has being posted on the 20/03/2020 from Hull City but stop moving since on the 21/04/2020. Seems to be stuck at LANDLEY HWDC. I have been So much very worried With this situation going on. It isn’t at Langley, that is the last place it was seen. It is almost certainly stuck in customs in the destination country.

The sender needs to claim from Royal Mail, as it is over 5 weeks since sending. If you bought something online, you need to claim from the seller.

hello there, i am having a few issues with my deliveries but there is one that is very important , the tracking number is KB668389320GB , so this item that i got from ebay on the 20 of April 2020, and the next day i was provided with the tracking number, but the tracking stacked on the 22 of April with the description Accepted at post office Crayford Post Office DA1 4FN, since then it hasn't moved at all, could someone could help me as i don't know who to contact to give me an update

Thats a signed for on delivery - its NOT a tracked service. You need to go back to whoever sent it.

COntact Royal mail direct @royalmailhelp is the best option (9 to 5 service)

Thanks a lot TrueBlue Terrier. I appreciate that you took the time to respond. I hope that I'll receive a response from the email.
I do appreciate that this is unusual times and am enormously grateful to all the posties etc. It is unfortunate that the post office clerk assured me the international tracked would arrive latest at 7 days and didn't inform me of the apparent delays so that I could've made an informed decision before sending the time-sensitive parcel.

No Royal Mail international service has a maximum delivery time, even without the Covid-19 related disruption. So if you were definitely told that, you should make a complaint to *Post Office* customer services (not Royal Mail).

The PO does sell guaranteed delivery services to international destinations via Parcelforce, although these aren't available from all small Post Offices.
