Hello, I have no idea if I’m using this website correctly but seemed the best place for me to post. I have an Etsy store and send parcels internationally every week. A few parcels were taken my local post office April 10th and sent to America tracked and signed. All the others have left the UK and arrived in the states except one which is still showing as ‘sender preparing item’. I have asked the post office they said the parcel was definitely taken, Ive also contacted Royal Mail but said they can’t do anything until mid May.
I guess my question is would it be possible it’s just missed a scan and not updated? Surely by now it would of been scanned especially as ones I’ve sent since then have also left the country. Thank you in advance.
