Grey Card Fee paid but no items delivered

Hi, I've been looking everywhere for information on how to find out what happened to my items I ordered from the USA. I ordered the items two months ago, received the grey card to pay the fee, this was charged to my bank account a few days later - mid February - but I've never received my items. Can anyone advise as to who exactly I speak to about this? I've tried customs and you get referred back to Royal Mail, but I can't see any information with Royal Mail that deals with my situation.

Normal Royal mail customer service should be able to help on this.

Is best to go with that grey card and your ID to your Royal Mail local delivery office, they should still have your parcel and handed to you.

Our Customer Service Points are open only from 7 am until 9 am due to the Coronavirus situation.
