Click and Drop for International Tracked and Signed

Hi,
I have just recently started using click & drop service. So, I have found no problem at all by weighing my own large letter and buy the 'signed for' label online. Until I bought 2 labels today for International Tracked and Signed. The man in the Post Office said that they both can't be scanned.We are not sure why, but anyway I am thinking of cancelling the 2 online labels, and bought the new one on the spot. And they cost the same as the one I bought online. We suspected the weigh difference, but 1 letter has 1 gram different and the other one has 10 grams different when they're weighed at the post office. But still within the same price range. All my UK letters were fine with this few grams different from my house scale. So I am not sure why the 2 online postage for International Tracked and Signed weren't able to be scanned. If anyone can help me to enlighten me what's wrong, it will be very helpful.
