Hi all,
I have an international tracked and signed package from UK to Singapore, tracking no: RN479951479GB.
Item is a camera lens. Just for clarity, there are no batteries.
The parcel has been stuck at LONDON AMU since the 31 March 2020, with the following status:
"Item Leaving the UK
LONDON AMU"
A check on corresponding Singapore postal tracking shows no results: "Item status not found in the system."
Please help!
Thanks for any advice or assistance in advance.
Sincerely,
Wei

HELP: International Parcel to Singapore - Under International Tracked and Signed
Normally I would say that it was stuck in Singaporian customs. However, at the moment it could also be that it can't get on a plane. There has been a big reduction in the number of flights due to Covid-19, meaning delays to international mail.
Generally, both the steps above need to happen between the two tracking points you mention.

Appreciate your reply.
I totally understand the delay due to Covid situation, just worried the item will go missing.
Anyone has recent experience on the time frame from sending (UK) to delivery (SG) in such situation?
Thank you.

Just an update for whoever who is in similar situation.
Thankfully as of today 5 May 2020, the item has finally arrived in Singapore.
The item took a little more than a month from London AMU to Singapore.
Hopefully I will receive the item soon.
