Hi all,
I sent around 200 parcels today Tracked 24 which obviously can only be sent from a CSP. Arrived at the CSP (Askew Road) and they refused to take it for reasons I don’t know, but I went to a regular post office and they said it was fine even though they couldn’t scan them, so they’re now at the post office.
I didn’t get a receipt or anything and the tracking is still saying they haven’t arrived at the post office yet.
Kind of worried that these parcels will go AWOL as I didn’t really send them from where I was meant to.
Would really appreciate some advice on whether they’ll still process through the network or what will happen.

There is no reason for them not to be processed as normal.
