hi I have a parcel which it says it arrived at Langley on 6th march by china post, that's there final tracking point

that was 17 days ago now, it's only aquarium 3d background :/ just seems bit of a joke that it traveled all that way only for it to get stuck/vanish when it's only supposed to be 2/3 hours away
surly such a thing wouldn't of been kept at customs for so long ?
took 30 min to get through to royal mail by phone and that was no help
it had an estimated delivery of 5th march to the 14th of April, a big bracket I thought ? just that it's been in the uk so it says for 17 days now ?????
