Hello everyone,

So i am waiting for 2 parcels from Royal mail 1(Respirator) and 2(Gloves). The respirator is from Serbia and stuck at Langley since 13th. Today royal mail delivered the gloves BUT the system said they delivered the respirator that was stuck at Langley and the gloves are still "delivering". So pretty much they say i have the respirator and not the gloves which in reality is the opposite. I did not have time to call because i was sleeping and the parcel war received by someone else in the house (Shared house). I can not even contact the ebay seller to tell him whats is going on with the respirator cause it is signed as "Delivered". Any Advice? Can they even fix that situation? Cause if the respirator is lost i loose a lot of money for my pocket and i can not even request a refund. Thanks for your time.

If the system says the respirator has been delivered it must have been scanned on delivery.
The GPS data means they should know where it was delivered to.
Only dead fish follow the current

Go to your delivery office and ask to speak to a manager, show him what the tracking says and ask him to check where your parcel was delivered, if it was.
The best time is to go around 10 am, ealrier than that every delivery office is busy sorting walks, later than 10 -11 am, you might not find the manager in anymore.

if sent from the same place, it could simply be that they got the numbers wrong (as in switched) :hmmmm

What time was the respirator delivered at according to the tracking? One possibility is that there's a Customs charge, have you received a grey card in the post?
