I sent a parcel to Australia on 25/02/2020, how can I tell when it will be delivered the reference is RU940452961GB

It will appear in tracking on the Auspost tracking site and may be updated on Royal Mails official site.
At present, there appears to unusual gaps in Customs probably because of the Covid19 and Brexit issues, for an official answer you need to contact Royal Mail direct.
(We are not an official site - we are a Social Media site for posties).
