delay item!!!!
Hello im writing because my item is stuck on transit since 19 february and has already past 5 work days !! my item is very valuable so its important to me to know where is it.
It says that Item Leaving the UK (LANGLEY HWDC) but has no destination yet so im very worried about it!
Please help me its so important!!!! My reference number is RV710069395GB

Just to make sure you are aware we are not an official Royal Mail site so the information is not direct from them.
However, now Brexit has happened there are some delays and the most likely explanation for the delay is it being held up in customs for checks.
Hopefully whatever it is isn't banned or illegal.
From your IP address - the most likely courier is GLS or your countries Post Office.

There are very strict rules on smartphones going by air so that kind of confirms why there is a delay. Hopefully, the sender followed all the regulations.

But how can i know if the item is with some problem? I used smartcellular they are trustfull i think.
