struggling alone with OBA

Post by Lime-AT »

Hello everybody.

I have designed, and now sell a keyboard for people who have cerebral palsy as I do (or Parkinson's etc) and would otherwise have to use a horrible old fashioned metal keyguard over a keyboard.

The keyboard has resessed / sunken keys so as to prevent accidental key presses, but with the slightly springy silicone protecting the fingers rather than cold metal that often caused me finger or nail injuries. See: http://www.lime-at.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Due to the nature of the keyboard, it weighs 1.5kg, and it's boxed dimensions are:

48cm x 24cm x 12cm

How, the RM managers who demonstrated OBA to me are not replying to e-mails, and now my website is finally working (I got my first order today :nana) I am really struggling to get pricing information from Royal Mail for invoice B2B and website settings.

I just want prices are one and multiple stacked keyboards (an incremental increase of 12cm depth and 1.5kg) but am getting conflicting advice. Some RM staff tell me to use Click & Drop. That does not display pricing. Others tell me to use OBA, but that does not have a label printing option. I only want to use domestic signed for 24 / 48, and signed for overseas delivery, but not the cheapest one that can take weeks to arrive.

I really don't know what to do as UPS are expensive for overseas. You'd think that Royal Mail would have a business website that displays each available option with transit speed and price like Parcel2go and Postage Supermarket... :coolr

If anybody could help or advise me, I would be really grateful!!

Thanks,

Sarah
