Missing parcel
Hello, I sent a parcel to Portugal on the 11th December and they have still not received it. I paid signed for and when I have tracked it it says it has been delivered to Germany?!? Help. It contains photos of my children so I’d rather have it back!

What's the tracking number? It's probably being handled by GLS within Europe, their central hub afaik is in Germany so that might partly explain that (maybe someone had their scanner in the wrong mode?)
