So on the 10th of October, I have posted a parcel to Portugal from London and since then I haven't heard anything back.
the last update was:

Since then I haven't heard anything back and when I go to the GLS website there is no information about my reference number,
The content of the package was a book and two posters, can anyone tell me what is going on? it's already been 5 days and no updates, thanks
