I sent a Parcel to a PO box in Tahiti, French Polynesia(it was my first time sending a parcel hence I didn't know what I was supposed to do). The address provided by the recipient was a PO box locker as in Tahiti they have lockers. I used international signed for, well technically, the staff at Royal Mail chose it for me on my behalf as I was confused. I'm worried after reading some comments about parcels getting lost which were signed for that were sent to a PO box locker, what can I do?
If the recipient, misses signing the parcel(as its a locker), can they still retrieve it? Will they be notified via a card or something such that they must sign the parcel like in the UK?
All the best.

Parcel to a PO box/locker in Tahiti, French Polynesia
Many countries use a system of collecting items from the local Post Office or similar. It is difficult for us to advise on exact arrangements in other countries.
As for what you can do: inform the recipient that you sent it. That is all.
