Hi, stumbled on this forum when looking for information on the Parcelforce redelivery process as it isn't very clear on the website.
My delivery was due on the 27th (I had hoped it would come on the 28th/30th), I knew I wouldn't be in and planned to collect from depot but there was no 'missed delivery' card in my letterbox, in my house , etc. I even checked outside but the weather being how it is, if it had fallen outside it was long gone.
So my parcel is at a local corner shop post office and I have no card to collect, I thought about trying to go in with ID but the general consensus seemed to be that it would be a waste of time.
I arranged redelivery for October 1st (on the 27th), but the tracking has not updated since 13:36 on the 27th; I've had no email or text confirmation, and I'm kind of uncertain now whether it's actually going to come tomorrow (today now actually).
It's a bit late (working a night shift) but wondered if anyone was able to assist me with this? I read through some posts and everyone seemed pretty helpful in getting some 'insider info' as it were.
My consignment number is PBVS3033436001 if that helps?

Redelivery confusion
For future reference if you have lost or mislaid the red card it should be possible to collect an item still as long as you have a photo ID such as a driving licence plastic card or a passport.
