Hi everyone!
Is it normal for a special delivery package to get stuck at South Midlands Mail Centre?
Also, is it possible that the same package may miss a scanning point?
Cheers in advance.

Normal - No. Special deliveries are handled separately from other streams.SimonLight wrote:Hi everyone!

Possible to miss a scanning point - yes through human error, but fairly rare.

"Employers are always seeking more productivity from workers, without considering the human factor, the worker's age, the weather conditions and the intense heat. We need to intervene before it's too late, reducing working hours and the load carried by workers, because it's impossible to sustain the rhythm they're forced to work at for many years."

Yes. I'd agree fairly rare in the grand scheme of volumes processed. This occasion though a parcel was scanned into a mailing centre and then not scanned out. Also, it missed another checkpoint along the way.
I was thinking it may have just got thrown together with a load of others? And then as a lott.
