Hi
I've got a bad feeling about an item mailed ~8 days ago, seems stuck at Langley
Can anyone shed any light on what might be happening?
Destination Japan.
Last tracked event is:
Saturday 31st August
04:30am Item Received by Royal Mail LANGLEY HWDC
6 days so far seems a long time to be stuck there for outgoing mail - is this at all normal?
Please help!

Update - in finally got delivered 3 weeks later - not good for a 5-7 day service, but at least it did arrive.
