Hi,
We sold an item on eBay and the buyer is returning it to us using 'Royal Mail Tracked Returns 48™'. The only information on the tracking is "Sorry, your item went to NDC RDC Delivery in error, so we re-routed it immediately. More information will be available as it travels through our network.". This was on Sept 2, there has been no information since.
Does anyone know what NDC RDC Delivery is, or how long it is likely to be delayed?

On September 10 it updated with the following: "Sorry, your item went to South West RDC Delivery in error, so we re-routed it immediately. More information will be available as it travels through our network." No updates since
It looks like it is being bounced around from place to place in error.
