What is wrong with mailbag ordering system?

Why does the system for ordering grey sacks through "Order Mail Supplies" on the "Shop" not work? There are several new complaints about this on Trustpilot from different customers every week and this has been going on for many months. We used to order them from Worldwide Distribution Centre along with our blue sacks, but after many years they were told to ask what we wanted them for and only supply if it was for specific international services. Now we can't obtain them without going through a long complaints system or asking our local Delivery Office who aren't particularly keen that we should use this route.

By the way our Order Mail Supplies account does work (in principle) as we have received bag labels using it.
