Parcel stuck at distribution office

Post by Wapassou100 »

Hi,

I sent 2 parcels to Portugal 4 days ago. When I tracked them on the evening of posting I could see that they had both arrived at the South Midlands Mail Centre within 13 minutes of each other waiting to be forwarded to the international hub in Langley.

The next morning when I checked again I saw that only 1 of the parcels had been forwarded on to Langley (curiously enough the one that had been booked in later) At first I wasn't too concerned about this and just assumed that the remaining parcel would be sent in the next shipment to Langley. Here I am 4 days later with the same message shown everyday check its status namely "your package has been received at our South Midlands Mail Centre and is moving through our system" Except it isn't. It appears stuck at South Midlands. Why would this occur? Has it been lost at the South Midlands Mail Centre? Is there a problem with it? Hugely frustrating. Any advice would be most gratefully received. Many thanks.
