I sent a package to Iran on 5th April 2019,now after 50 days this is what i see,where is the package now and what should i do

Royal Mail haven't been delivering to Iran for a while now.

The Iran specific page says https://www.royalmail.com/iran" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

You need to contact Royal Mail direct and explain the situation, they will need a description of the parcel and the contents and if satisfied they should return it to you.

I have called every phone number i have found from royal mail,but no body is telling me where the package is
I will be galad to get my package back.
What do they mean by deliverd to PO box?

The crucial piece of information is that it went to to the National Returns Centre. If you aren’t getting joy when you phone, complete & send a P58international form, you should get the parcel back in a few weeks.

Today i talked to them, they asked a lot of questions, what size was my box the color of the tape,what was in the box
my full address the phone number,tracking number which country was going and......
At the end she gave me this number and said keep this number. 1-4981813539
Does anyone know what this number is? i know its not a tracking number

keep both numbers.

The new number is either the number for your complaint/issue - or its the log number for the item at NRC, either way, it will be a quick way for any customer relations staff to view your issue if needed.
