hello, I bought a power bank and hand warmer from aliexpress, I made other purchases from this site but it is the first time that I read this status in the tracking:
Customs declaration, please contact the customs broker for details.
does that mean it's stuck at customs and I have to do something, or should I just wait?

What country is it currently shown as being in? It'll probably go via surface mail because of the powerbank

What's the tracking number? I don't think that I've ever seen "Customs declaration, please contact the customs broker for details." as a tracking entry which makes me think that it might be coming via Royal Mail but maybe another courier

It was sent with china ems, the royal mail told me that probably the tracking in UK still need to be updated but I don't understand if there is a problem with custom

No tracking on Royal Mail.
But tracking on the https://t.17track.net/en#nums=AS911814195CN" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; which is usually reliable.

This doesn’t look good to me. AFAIK China Post have a blanket ban on lithium batteries. Certainly retailers there send mobile phone from third countries to get round the ban, and lithium batteries are definitely banned in the opposite direction. See this page and look under ‘prohibitions’:

Im looking for my letter. it was sent from Poland 17.04.2019. I know , i see it in e-monitoring Poczta Polska this letter go to UK 19.04.2019 and is still "in transit" i think so is it too long time and i dont know what happend. tracking number is RR257923201PL
Could you help me please, where i can find some information about my letter
