Royal Mail Tracked 24 Signed for
I am at the end of my tether; cannot anyone help. I have found a service that is perfect for me. It is a 450g small parcel and I have found the service Royal Mail Tracked 24 Signed for which is £5.82. The system tells me that it has to be purchased online so I login and use the click & drop option. But when you follow process Tracked 24 is not offered, only guaranteed next day before 1pm for £7.30. What am I doing wrong?

Might be worth contacting @royalmailhelp on twitter because the cover page certainly says you can send tracked.
