No idea where to go. Please help.
Hello everyone. My name is Glenn and I am writing from Germany, where I purchased something from the UK, and as far as I can tell from the tracking number, it is stuck at Home Counties North MC. When I try and call the number, I am put on que and can not get a single person. I have tried everything I can think of and this seemed to be my last attempt to try and recover, what I can only assume, is a lost package. I would be ever so grateful if someone, anyone, could assist me. PLEASE.

Hello Janet, and thank you for taking the time. Amazingly enough, the package SUDDENLY started moving early this morning. I mean 01:00 in the morning. I have to wait and see if it actually does make it here, but at least it is moving. Thank you so much for offering.
