Hi all,
This seems like a fantastic resource. Thanks in advance to anybody who might be able to help.
I ordered some items from a US shop on 10th December. They reportedly shipped on 11th December. I still haven't received the items.
The tracking data has not changed since 14th December. This is what concerns me. If I knew it was moving, I'd be far happier (especially as I was hoping for it before Christmas!).
I have a Royal Mail tracking number which is LW310063462DE
DHL couldn't give me any information and the seller couldn't either. Any ideas on what's happening? I just want it to move!
Thanks

https://t.17track.net/en#nums=LW310063462DE" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; 17Track an unofficial website does show a lot more tracking information, but again nothing since 14 Dec. However, 1 scan does mention sack/container - could it be possible that it's coming by sea (sometimes called International economy or Surface mail). If so that's usually around 4 - 6 weeks

Help with DHL US-UK tracking
Thanks TrueBlue!
Would there be any reason why it could be sitting there?
The shipping was meant to be 7-10 days so I can't see it being by ship
Thanks again.

Thats why I suggested it may have been sent by sea - the container part - and that once its in a container it wouldn't be scanned till it gets to the UK
However I have found a web link to Customer services DHL USA - http://www.dhl-usa.com/en/contact_cente ... press.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; give that a try they may be able to help.
