Hi. I have tried to ring customer services several times with no joy in getting through.
I had an anonymous parcel delivered and as hardly anyone has my address due to previous domestic violence issues I just wondered if anyone could identify a 330410 branch code so at least my mind could be put at rest (or not!) as to the part of the UK it was posted from.
I am an ex Royal Mail employee x

Can anyone help with a branch code?
I'm afraid that the customer services number is entirely automated now so there is no way of asking anyone for the branch code. I have found a list of branches online with 'Location OU codes' which was extracted through a freedom of information request - but these do not seem to be equivalent to branch codes nor do the longitude and latitude numbers, or at least not for the branch I am trying to locate. If you want to find it here is the link: https://osm.mathmos.net/postoffice/data/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; you may have better luck than I did.
