Where is my parcel help?

Post by Mardy bum »

I purchased something on the 9th November and its been more then 7 days since postage too. It was posted on the 7th second classed signed for, and it's not turned up as of yet. When I search the tracking number this is what comes up:

We've got it
Tracking no. ***********GB

Your item was posted at Post Office® branch, Wealdstone Post Office HA3 5QL on 09-11-2018. More information will be available as it travels through our network.
Service used:

Royal Mail Signed For™

To me it looks like its still stuck at the place it was posted and its been like that for more than a week. What do I do from here and is there a contsct number to call to find out where it is? Can't find any info online it's the worst for customer service help.

Cheers

Unfortunately signed for is not a trackable service so it won't show on the tracking site until delivery is attempted.

as a direct contact twitter is a good place to get official advice @royalmail you may need to DM and follow them.

However, just an insight the last week the level of items going through the system has ramped up quickly, and now with Black Thursday and Cyber Monday covering all next week, I wouldn't be surprised if there are delays in the system. Give Twitter a chance though they are really good usually.
