Recently I sent the letter around 200 grams to Europe from Uk. The stamps contained £3.80, but after checking the international standard prices it says £3.85 for a max of 250g. The letter doesn’t contain return address.
What will happen to the letter? Will it be delivered to EU country or not ?

Or it will be sent on to the destination, but under a slower and cheaper service - probably surface which will take considerably longer.
