Ems ePacket parcel no updates?

hey guys, my parcel seems like it is taking a while to update on the tracking
the last few EMS tracking events seems to state the item is being sent to HWDC from heathtrow but that was on the 17th, does that mean the item has still not been sent to HWDC and just in a truck somewhere?

2018-09-17 00:00:00.0 17:08:00 UK LANGLEY HWDC mail has been arranged for transportation
2018-09-17 00:00:00.0 21:26:00 UK LANGLEY HWDC mail is shipping, in transit

I have a few questions? Do HWDC work on weekends? don't you normally get a event which says something like HWDC has received the item after a few days of the item entering the country? is it likely HWDC and RM could have just not scanned the parcel at all and it may come monday morning?

the item is a very small parcel, pretty low value 8 usd, small plastic printer repair part, no ink or gas. thanks
