Hello, I have a package from China to Italy that went to the UK (probably because 4px has an hub here), I can track the package from the China to the UK via 4px (tracking number 300524364630) and after that (from UK to Italy) via Royal Mail/Poste Italiane (tracking number RS667882935GB) but it seems that it is leaving the UK from the 29th of August.
I checked with my mother (she works for Poste Italiane) if she can find other infos but even with an internal tracking tool she can't find more information about that package in Italy, so it seems that it is still stuck in some customs or that it is lost, do you have any idea/suggestion?
