A few months ago I posted something to Canada tracked and signed for, however it reached Langley hwdc and the tracking stopped. Customer never received item and I never received a return either. Now the same thing has happened again. Posting to Canada, it's reached Langley and has completely vanished. Last tracking update was July 27th. Where are my parcels going? The address and country are clear, the sender address is clear. It's not a small item and it's packaged in pretty destictive packaging.

What's the contents? Maybe the contents are something that Canadian customs don't allow in, or if there's a lithium battery in the parcel, then depending on how that's packed within the parcel, could potentially be a problem

Felted wool dreadlocks that are worn in your hair. I've never had problems sending to Canada in the past only recently
