So it's been 3 days and my tracking has been stuck on "Leaving UK" It told me to go to the partner site (An Post) but once there it says that they dont recognise it and that they might not have it yet.
Im just wondering if this means that the package has been lost or not or maybe its a delay? It hasnt been 5 days yet but Its from the UK to Ireland so I wouldnt assume it wouldnt take as long. It might just be me impatient but Im worried as tracking hasnt moved.
Edit: It has moved finally on the partner website, was just a massive delay or a missed scan maybe.
Thanks Ryan :)

I was thinking that but I asked my seller and he told me since we are in the EU (UK to Ireland) there is no tax or anything so I dont think it would be held by customs for that. And for any other reason I dont know why it would be held.SpacePhoenix wrote:It's most likely stuck in customs
It is a phone by the way so I cant think of why it would be held apart from tax or maybe the battery imposing a risk but I am unsure.

Customs are not just for VAT, they also check the legal and safety aspects as well.ryanhammi wrote:I was thinking that but I asked my seller and he told me since we are in the EU (UK to Ireland) there is no tax or anything so I dont think it would be held by customs for that. A phone with a battery shouldn't cause any problems, AS LONG as the strict guidelines have been followed to the letter. After an accident that caused the loss of a UPS 747 a few years back, traced back to a fire caused by an Ion battery (it killed the crew) the IATA and postal companies have become much stricter on this issue.
