Hi Team,
Where do I stand with regards to this please?
I wrote the correct address on the package but the person that processed it has typed in the incorrect house number on my proof of posting.
The house number was 7 she put 2 - I didn’t spot this until today, but lady who the parcel was for says parcel hasn’t been received. Track and Trace says delivered.
What do I do. Does this mean I can’t claim for lost post?

Incorrect House Number on proof of posting?
You need to start by claiming from Royal Mail. I would explain the problem as above - they might be able to us the GPS in the tack & trace record to prove where it was delivered.
If that fails, you will need to make a claim to the Post Office (different company, different claim process).
