Hello! I was asking.. I bought a parcel from UK to Kuwait and the used service is royal mail international signed but not fully tracked, the mail ordered since 16th till 18th and the latest information is London AMU. what is London amu? I asked the sender but he have no idea. before London amu it said Dispatched at Heathrow sorting center on 9 am then 12 pm said London amu.

It's probably stuck in Customs in Kuwait. What are the contents, is it anything that Customs in Kuwait won't permit?

No, it's a toy and I the item is now in the tracking system of Kuwait and probably coming soon maybe on Sunday but all what I was thinking of what is London amu? also what's the difference between inb and otb?

Kuwait prohibit toys, so wherever it is now there is a good chance it would never have got there. Royal Mail often spot these things and return them to sender, let’s hope that is what happened in this case.
