Langley - again!

I notice there are a lot of posts about Langley which is disappointing because I was about to ask why my parcel from Singapore has been stuck there for nearly 4 weeks? But now I've read about loads of mail getting stuck there :cry The tracking info says 'We've got it' - so when do I get it???! The local PO here say it's probably lost. Do parcels ever leave Langley?!

Unfortunatly until an item gets released to Royal Mail from Customs, there's nothing that Royal Mail can do
